The FP7 project reporting tool allows the FP7 beneficiaries to prepare and submit periodic and final reports and other deliverables. The beneficiaries can have access to the reporting tool via the following address:

http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/appmanager/participants/portal

It also provides a function for external reviewers for preparing and submitting project technical reviews. The reviewers can have access to the reporting tool via the following address: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/sesam

To fully exploit the advantages of the new system, all FP7 reports should be submitted using this new reporting system. After a test period since November 2009, in which the use of the system was on a voluntary basis, the use of this reporting tool becomes mandatory for all FP7 reports (periodic & reports for FP7 funding schemes, reports from reviewers) submitted from the 1st of March 2010.
