Subject: QSPACE Website

Dear MC Members,

The development of the website http://www.qspace-cost.eu for our COST Action QSPACE has now been
completed and the website is ready to be filled with content. The organization of this is done as
follows.

1.
Shortly, you will receive a login+password after which you are kindly asked to take the following
steps:

- Use these credentials to login to the content management system (CMS) via
http://www.qspace-cost.eu/wp-admin

- Go to the Profile-page http://www.qspace-cost.eu/wp-admin/profile.php on which you are kindly
asked to change your password and fill in/complete all personal information, in particular tick the
section of MC Member to yes, describe your role (MC Member/MC Substitute), and which working group
you are member.

Since the MC-tables and Project-members-list  on the website are generated from the content that
you enter, it is very important to complete this information ASAP.

After having logged-in as an MC Member, it is now also possible to view the restricted Intranet of
the website, which contains information intended for the MC. This section of the website can be
edited by me.

2.
I invite you to ask you to inform your colleagues at your institute that are already participating
in the COST Action to register as well, using the Join registration form
http://www.qspace-cost.eu/registration/ The requested cv is not necessary at this stage, it is
intended for people that want to join our network later on.

3.
For the actual content of the website there are five website representatives that have the rights
to upload publications, news and agenda items. Each Working Group has its own such representative
that you should refer to if you wish to add something to the website (roughly speaking according to
which Working Group this information applies to). They are:

Working Group 1: Fedele Lizzi <fedele.lizzi at na.infn.it>
Working Group 2: Jan Pulmann <jan.pulmann at gmail.com>
Working Group 3: Catherine Meusburger <catherine.meusburger at math.uni-erlangen.de>
Working Group 4: Patrizia Vitale <patrizia.vitale at na.infn.it>
Working Group 5: Walter van Suijlekom <waltervs at math.ru.nl>

Please use these contact points to have your publications included in the repository, your vacancy
added to the news section, or your event added to the agenda.

4. Any other comments or input you may have for the other web pages (e.g. gender, outreach, etc.)
are very welcome and can be send to me.

Looking forward to a flourishing website, and towards building a useful rich repository of
publications and other material.

Best wishes,
Walter van Suijlekom (website administrator)
