Dear colleagues

A good news after a long long while,

IOP staff has really done wonders and managed to put online the
proceedings of 5th EU Japan workshop very quickly, from the moment we
submitted all the manuscripts.

With 6th EU-Japan in 2008 just around the corner, corner being the new
year and its first three months we may close this year's chapter on our
meeting, cross out another stop on our personal roadmaps and prepare for
Okinawa.

So, in order to download your article, and of course to download all
other articles from the 5th EU-Japan Symposium on Plasma Processing
please proceed to:

http://www.iop.org/EJ/toc/1742-6596/86/1

and there it is, a splendid summary of our meeting.
Free to download (ad infinitum, not just for a month)!!

But to be on the safe side we have thrown in two for the price of one.
The proceedings of our First Workshop on Non-equilibrium Processes in
Plasmas and Environmental Science may be found (and downloaded under the
same conditions) on:

http://www.iop.org/EJ/toc/1742-6596/71/1

It has also been published by J. Phys. Conference Series.

No viruses will meet you there, no advertisements, no pop-up windows, no
annoying spam (with exception of this letter of course).

There you will find a number of papers on different aspects of low
temperature plasmas, non-equilibrium phenomena in environmental science
such as transport of dust particles, treatment of textiles and human
knees, sources of ion beams for implantation, waves that will shock you,
plasmas that are extremely small or extremely non-neutral or extremely
dusty, and finally you will find how baby plasmas are made, i.e. the
physics of gas breakdown. Some interesting natural phenomena such as
negative mobility, anomalous diffusion, atmospheric pressure plasmas,
kinetics of vibrationally excited molecules or the dreaded hydrogen
vibrational excitation problem are also addressed this volume.

So please enjoy our proceedings and if you find something interesting
enjoy the other proceedings as well. This letter is not one of those
when you are asked to help transfer 20 million dollars, but it is still
a chain letter. Please pass this letter onto your colleagues and our
collective luck will change, through increased number of citations,
downloadings and awareness of our results. And if you do not pass this
to your colleagues you will deprive your colleagues of two very good
books (or at least of two books that were as good as we were able to
make them).

With this I want to thank all the participants of the 5th EU-Japan
symposium on plasma processing, especially the invited speakers and
authors of the papers on their efforts to prepare the lectures and to
prepare the papers. I wish you a pleasant new 2008 and happy holidays
and perhaps to attend the 6th EU Japan workshop in 2008. And if you
liked our part of the word and people that populate it, please return at
any time especially convenient time would be if it were to coincide with
the next SPIG meeting and our next workshop on non-equilibrium processes.
**
With best wishes and thank you for your efforts and patience

Zoran Petrovic
and Marija Radmilovic
