Dear colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to announce that the 14th International Photonics Workshop will be held on March 14- 17, 2021, on the mountain resort Kopaonik in Serbia. The venue is "Grand Hotel & Spa" located at  the resort center.

Due to Covid19 pandemic situation, participants will also have the possibility of participation/presentation online. In the case of the restrictions regarding freedom of movement and/or gathering in March 2021, the Photonics Workshop may be converted to all-virtual event with online participation and presentations.

Potential participants are kindly requested to register and then to submit abstracts, through the "Registration" page, within the deadlines.

Important dates are:

- December 31th, 2020 - early registration,

- January 31th, 2021 - deadline for abstract submission,

- March 14th, 2021 - Workshop starts.

One participant may submit only one abstract. All abstracts have to be written in English following the instructions from the "Abstract template" page.

There will be three types of presentations: keynote lectures (30 min), invited lectures (20 min) and progress reports (15 min).

Please note, that we have received particular conditions for  confirmation, change and cancelling the reservations from "Grand Hotel & Spa". CoViD guarantee guarantees full reimbursement of hotel accommodation for their guests, who are the 14th Workshop participants, in the cases:

*confirmed presence of CoViD19 virus in one or more persons regarding accommodation reservation (proof is the positive result of the PCR test) - for both domestic and foreign guests

*borders closure - for foreign guests
  *announcement of the state of emergency and/or the implementation of the restrictions regarding freedom of movement within the territory of the Republic of Serbia - for both domestic and foreign guests.
