Dear Colleagues,  

 

 

The Polish Academy of Sciences would like to inform you that on 15 September 2021, the PASIFIC Call 2 has been opened. The PASIFIC Programme is dedicated to scholars of any nationality and representing all research disciplines and offers attractive 2-year postdoctoral fellowships at 69 institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw. The deadline for submitting applications is 30 December 2021. 

The PASIFIC fellows will be offered a monthly allowance of approx. €2,500 net. Those, who decide to come to Poland together with their families, may be entitled to an additional family allowance. In addition, they will be granted a budget of up to €60,000 for direct research costs.  

To apply for the PASIFIC fellowships, candidates must be in possession of at least a doctoral degree or have 4 years of documented full-time equivalent research experience. Also, they must comply with the MSCA mobility rule and have not carried out their main activities in Poland for more than 12 months during the three years prior to the call’s deadline (31 December 2018 – 30 December 2021).
