Title: Fifty Years of Quantum Chromodynamics (The Theory of The Strong Nuclear Force). Speaker: David Gross (KITP – UC Santa Barbara, USA), 2004 Physics Nobel Prize. Date and time: August 12, 2023 – 14h. Venue: Auditorium of IFT-UNESP.

Quantum Chromodynamics is fifty years old this year. In this public lecture, the Physics Nobel Prize Laureate will discuss the past, present and future of this remarkable theory.

There is no registration form and everyone is welcome to participate! Space is limited and seating will be in order of arrival. The public lecture will also be transmitted live on the ICTP-SAIFR YouTube channel.
