Rakabrot
is a freeware fractal generator program for windows created using C#.
This
fractal generator creates Buddhabrot type images for corresponding M-Sets. This
program also implements two new methods for dislaying the M-set that are named
Time-Spent and Calculation Path. It has also the possibility of creating
mappings of Julia and Mandelbrot Sets for viewing the changes that appear on
these sets when different initial values are used in the case of M-Sets or
different constants in the case of J-Sets.
This
software is created as a plugin system for different formula templates. Each of
these templates can create a large number of actual formulas for which images
are created. For creating the final image there is friendly user interface that
gives access to many other properties of fractals. Setting the final color
image is done using a gradient control.
I have
made the software a longtime ago, but never really finished it (help file, etc…).
