Dear HP-SEE participants,

I am kindly remind you that the workshop HPCE
http://synasc11.info.uvt.ro/workshops/hpce-2011/hpce-high-performance-computing-with-application-in-environment
is organized at Timisoara mainly with the intention
to disseminate your R&D activities in the frame of HP-SEE.

The deadline for submissions is July 30th.

On another hand,
the procedures for accessing the Blue Gene/P from Timisoara are in place.

Please visit the web site: http://hpc.uvt.ro for the description of the
two big facilities: the Blue Gene and the InfraGrid cluster.

You will find also on that site a request form
(http://hpc.uvt.ro/wiki/BlueGene/Users?action=AttachFile&do=view&target=BGP-request_form-v0.4.pdf)
if you wish to obtain an account and time to use the BG.

Note that due to the almost volunteer operation of the facilities
(until the beginning of next year)
considerable work for installing or tuning special libraries is not possible
and the account owners should be aware of the software related restrictions
that are exposed on the above mentioned site.
