Dear All,

GOCDB experienced an unexpected downtime between Friday 25.05.12 19.15 and 
Monday 28.05.12 07.45 (all times UTC). The downtime was caused by an issue 
with the Oracle database used to store the GOCDB data. At 07.45 this morning 
the database services team performed a rolling restart of all nodes in the 
cluster and the database came back up. This restored the service.
