Subject: COST MP1405 -- Workshop I, Zakopane, February 2016

Dear MC members of COST Action MP1405,

This is another reminder about our main Workshop which is rapidly approaching 
in Zakopane, February 6-12 2016, and also to possibly clarify a few questions 
that have arisen concerning funding. The default funding position is that, for 
all MC Members **and** Substitutes who attend, regardless of formal 
representation requirements at the MC meeting, your living expenses during the 
Workshop will be covered by our Action, as well as all travel expenses (which, 
in order to stay within budget, we are anticipating to amount to around 300 EUR 
on average, though of course individual deviations are possible where 
absolutely necessary). We also envisage to be able to cover the living and 
travel expenses of some few dozen other participants (particularly members of 
COST participating countries who wish to become members of our Action), the 
exact number of which will depend on exactly how many of you will attend.

activity of this network, not to mention all the extracurricular activities 
that Zakopane has to offer. Therefore I also ask that you spread the 
information concerning the Workshop among interested colleagues as well as to 
your national COST Action participants.
