Dear Colleague,

We would be grateful if you could remind the junior researchers in your group
that applications for the Cargèse Summer School in Quantum Field Theory and
Quantum Gravity

     https://indico.cern.ch/event/1646393/overview

are now open. This Advanced Summer School will take place from June 23 to July
3, 2026 at the Institut d’Etudes Scientifiques in Cargèse, a lovely village on
the south-western coast of Corsica. The School is aimed at advanced doctoral
students, postdoctoral fellows and junior researchers working in the field of
high energy theory. Recent developments in string theory, quantum gravity and
quantum field theory will be reviewed in pedagogical fashion, along with
relations to quantum information, quantum many body systems,  cosmology, etc,
see the school website for the list of lecturers.

The deadline for registration is March 20, 2026. PhD students should arrange for
a letter of recommendation from their advisor to be sent to
Cargese2026.references at cern.ch by the above deadline. The registration fee is
650 Euros, covering half board accommodation on a shared room basis. Funding
will be available on specific request.
