Title: Off-shell bilocal holography

Abstract: What is the CFT dual of turning on a localised bulk source? We 
address this question in the context of the duality between the free 
O(N) vector model and Vasiliev theory in AdS in the N -> \infty limit, 
in which the latter consists of non-interacting Fronsdal fields of all 
even spins. It has been proposed these fields are encoded by the O(N) - 
invariant bilocal in the dual CFT, a relation that has been extensively 
checked on-shell. We show that off-shell, the space of Fronsdal fields 
in the bulk is strictly larger than that of boundary bilocals; in 
particular, the bulk configurations that may be turned on via bilocal 
superpositions satisfy certain constraints. On this constrained 
subspace, we provide an explicit map between bulk and boundary 
configurations.
