Dear Prof. Jelenkovic

We are a french team at ESPCI (Paris) dealing with symmetry properties and 
optical transitions in bulk semiconductors with the wurtzite or zincblende 
structure and in related nanostructures.
I plan to visit Belgrade within a few months. I would be very pleased to 
visit your Institute and, eventually, to start a collaboration with Serbian 
colleagues. Do you know somebody who would be interested?
To make the point more precise about our own field, it is possible to refer 
to some of our papers, foe example:
