Chopping up Titania

Prof. Laszlo Forro

Abstract: This presentation is devoted to TiO2 called Titania, and especially
to its Anatase phase. Its physical properties and the potential applications
from bulk crystals through nanowires/nanotubes to nanoparticles will be discussed.

About Lecturer: In last twenty years Prof. Forro has been principal
investigator on numerous research grants in the research fields of Novel
electronic materials, Nanostructures and Biomaterials. His research is
summarized in a nearly 400 peer-reviewed scientific publications, with 13.000
citations and h-index 57.
