U ponedeljak, 10.04.2017. sa početkom u 11 časova u sali "Dragan
Popović" Instituta za fiziku održaće se seminar: 

"_SOFT X-RAY SPECTROSCOPY OF DILUTE MATTER AT THE PLEIADES BEAMLINE_"

naučni savetnik, Institute of Physics Belgrade, University of Belgrade 

PLEIADES beamline scientist, SOLEIL synchrotron, Gif-sur-Yvette, France 

               An overview of functional specifications, the design, the
available instrumentation and possibilities to perform (ultra-high
resolution) soft x-ray spectroscopy of isolated species (molecules,
clusters, ions, nanoparticles) and liquid jets, at the PLEIADES beamline
at the SOLEIL synchrotron (France), will be presented. Additionally,
recent results on inner-shell excitation of isolated nanosolvated
biopolymers will be discussed in more details.
