We thank those participants who have already registered and 
submitted abstracts. Since the deadline for registration and abstract 
submission is quickly approaching (March 31, 2019), we would like to 
remind you to register and send the abstract as soon as possible.

PARTICIPATION

Registration will close on March 31, 2019.

Abstract (max 1 page) should be sent to BOTH addresses:  
sandrast at ipb.ac.rs and g.stanojevic at gi.sanu.ac.rs until March 31, 2019.

ACCOMMODATION

The meeting venue will be Petnica Scienc Center.
The organizers reserved accommodation in double rooms for at least 30 
participants in Petnica Science Center for 3 nights (Friday - Monday). 
Price per day for one person (full board and accommodation) is 35 EUR + 
VAT (20%). Accommodation in Petnica Science Center can be paid via bank 
transfer or at the Registration desk of Petnica Science Center.
For payments via bank transfer please use instruction for payment given 
at the official meeting's website

In the town of Valjevo (about 7 km from Petnica Science Center), there 
are other accommodations available, both guesthouses and hotels 
(accessible through usual accommodation search engines like provided on 
Booking.com).

TRAVEL

Local travel Belgrade - Petnica Science Center - Belgrade will be 
provided by organizers. Bus transportation will be provided on Friday 
(May 10, 2019) and Monday afternoon (May 13, 
2019). Timetable and transportation costs depend on the number of people 
and will be determined as soon as possible. Participants who do not fit 
the bus timetable can send information to BOTH addresses: 
sandrast at ipb.ac.rs and g.stanojevic at gi.sanu.ac.rs and other transport 
will be organized. 

SOCIAL EVENTS

A welcome cocktail will be organized in Winery Jelic 
(http://www.milijanjelic.com/en/)  on Friday afternoon.
Meeting dinner will be organized in restaurant "Tri kosa" in Valjevo on 
Saturday.
A networking event will be organized at Petnica Science Center after the 
Sunday dinner. It will be free for all participants and accompanied 
persons.
Guided tour of Petnica's vicinity will be organized during the meeting. 
It will be free for all participants and accompanied persons.
