Dear colleagues,



We are pleased to invite you to participate at the 30th Summer School 
and International Symposium on the Physics of Ionized Gases (SPIG 2020) 
to be held in the town of Sabac, Serbia, in the period 24 – 28 August, 
2020. The conference will be organized jointly by the Faculty of 
Mathematics (Department of Astronomy), Institute of Physics, University 
of Belgrade and Astronomical Observatory of Belgrade.

The SPIG conference covers a wide range of topics from fundamental 
studies to applications of ionized gases. The main topics of the 
conference are:
1. Atomic collision processes
2. Particle and laser beam interaction with solids
3. Low temperature plasmas
4. General plasmas
The 4th workshop on X-ray and VUV Interaction with Biomolecules in Gas 
Phase (4th XiBiGP), organized in collaboration with the SOLEIL 
synchrotron (France) will be associated to the conference.
