Dear colleagues,

I would like to inform you that the Dutch Institute For Fundamental 
Energy Research and Instituto Superior Técnico organize a one-day 
workshop All About The Electron Boltzmann Equation (the promo material 
is attached), which is  devoted to the modelling of the electron 
kinetics in low-temperature plasmas.

The workshop includes lectures by experts on different aspects of 
electron kinetics and a hands-on session. The workshop is aimed at 
students (MSc or PhD) and researchers interested in the modelling of 
low-temperature plasmas.

The organizing committee: Vasco Guerra, Paola Diomede, Pedro Viegas and 
Luca Vialetto.
Date: Monday, 2nd December 2019
Location: Collegezaal, DIFFER, De Zaale 20, 5612 AJ Eindhoven, The
