Title: ``On Formation of Primordial Black Holes``

Abstract: The primordial black hole formation in inflation models has 
been
studied with an accent on models with the potential characterized by an
inflection point. The background and perturbation equations have been 
integrated
numerically for two specific models.
Using the critical collapse and peaks formalism, the abundance of
primordial black holes today has been estimated.
Correlation with observational constraints and ``state of art`` in
the PBH formation study will be discussed.
