  Added function that creates Cayley Menger matrix for KSimplex. Added function template for printing vector of a vector. NAPOMENA: U "triangulator.hpp" sam dodao "#define _USE_MATH_DEFINES" kako bi u kodu bile definisane konstante kao sto su M_PI. Bez toga kod nije mogao da se kompajlira. Ovo push-ujem da se mozda jos nekom ne desi da ne moze da kompajlira kod (ne znam da li je jos neko imao ovih problema).
