Dear Participants of BPU-6,
  
On behalf of the organizers I would like to give you detailed information about the accomodation  options during the BPU-6 conference. We had promised you that since it will be hard for you to  find appropriate rooms due to the high tourism season of Istanbul we will give appropriate, clean and nice hotel/hostel options for accomodation which is close to the conference area. 
 
If you would like us to make reservation for you please send the necessary information mentioned  below to Sevilay Ucar (seviucar at istanbul.edu.tr). 
 
Note that all the prices below include "BED, BREAKFAST and TAXES".
  
A) PRIVATE STUDENT HOSTEL (1 km to the conference area)
  
2 - 4 people can stay in a room of the hostels. The price does not change 
due to the  number of people who stay in a  room.
15 Euro per person
  
B) HOTELS (***) (3 stars)(Very close to the conference area)  
Single Room   : 35 - 40 EURO 
Double Room  : 45 - 60 EURO 
  
C) HOTELS (****), (4 stars) (Very close to the conference area) 
Single Room   : 60 - 75 EURO 
Double Room  : 75 - 80 EURO 
  
D) HOTELS (*****), (5 stars) (2 km to the conference area)    
Single Room   : 70 Euro 
Double Room : 100 Euro 
  
1- It will be very convenient for us if you coul request your hotel/hostel 
reservations as a group.  
  
2- Please send us the following information if you would like us to do 
reservation for you:
  
How many star hotel you wish to do reservation? 
How many rooms and how many people will stay?
What are the names of the pople you wish to do reservation?
How many days you will stay at the hotel?
What is the check-in date to the hotel?
What is the check-out date from the hotel?
  
3- After you send us the informations above, we will send you the total price 
you have to transfer  to the account number given below. Since the hotels/hostels 
want the payments before the conference. If there will be many requests to one 
hotel type there can be some little changes in the hotel prices. 
After you send us the information above, we will send you the total price. 
After you accept the accomodation prices and transfer the money to the account given 
below, we will do your booking. After the booking it is not possible to change or cancel it.
  
4- The deadline for the hotel/hostel reservations will be up to 21 July 2006.
  
5- The hotel reservation cost can be transfered to the bank account given below:
