Project description

 

1.       Development and implementation of a new and original method for experimental investigation of manufatured nanocapilaris: Upgrading of the instruments for fast and easy manipulation of nanocapillary foils in vacuum, utilization of energy variable and collimated electron beams, detection with angular and energy analysis of transmitted electrons.

2.       Test measurements on electron transmission on Al2O3 nanocapillaries.

3.       The first scientific results as a base for the technological project:
